How do you reset the Anti-Two-Block sensor after a false trip?
Reset A2B by lowering the load block to relieve sensor pressure, then press the reset button on the control panel or RCI display.
The Anti-Two-Block (A2B) system trips when the load block contacts or approaches the boom head sensor ball too closely. To reset after a false trip, first ensure the load block is lowered away from the boom head to eliminate contact pressure on the sensor. The sensor ball should move freely without obstruction.
Remember: LIFT Reset: Lower block, Idle engine, Find reset button, Test system before continuing operations.
