Grove E20: No analog voltages, crane supply voltage too low?

TR-515 · Troubleshooting
Low crane supply voltage causes analog control circuits to fail. Check main power supply, connections, and battery voltage first.
The Grove E20's analog control systems require stable voltage to function properly. When supply voltage drops below minimum thresholds (typically 22-24V DC), analog circuits lose power and fail to operate. This affects joystick controls, load block positioning, and hydraulic valve commands.
Reference: Grove crane service manual electrical troubleshooting procedures and NFPA 70E electrical safety standards
Remember: BARF: Battery, Alternator, Relay, Fuses - check power system components in order for voltage troubleshooting.
